हमारी कहानी

आपकी टेबल से बीस क़दम दूर रोस्ट होती है।

हमने एक पुराने रोस्टर और एक ज़िद से शुरुआत की: भारत की कॉफ़ी दुनिया की सबसे अच्छी कॉफ़ी में से है, और उसका ज़्यादातर हिस्सा देश से बाहर चला जाता है। इसलिए हम चार बाग़ानों से सीधे ख़रीदते हैं, हर मंगलवार छोटे बैच रोस्ट करते हैं, और उसे वैसे ही बनाते हैं जैसी वो हक़दार है।

कॉफ़ीइस महीने की बीन्स अराकू से क्योंइस महीने

अराकू की जो बीन्स हम लेते हैं, उन्हें वो परिवार उगाते हैं जिन्हें सत्तर के दशक में ज़मीन मिली थी और तब से वो उसे बेहतर बनाते आ रहे हैं। इस साल फ़सल आम से धीरे सूखी, इसलिए कप में लाल फलों की जगह कोको का स्वाद है।

ख़बरकपिंग में आइएपिछले हफ़्ते

महीने का आख़िरी शनिवार, सुबह नौ बजे, बारह सीटें, कोई फ़ीस नहीं। चार कॉफ़ी साथ-साथ चखिए — एक घंटे में उतना सीखेंगे जितना साल भर लेबल पढ़कर नहीं।
