Returns, GST, audits and company paperwork for individuals and growing businesses — explained in plain words, filed on time, with a fixed fee agreed up front.
Anil Mehta started the practice in 2004 with three clients and a promise he still makes: you'll always know what's being filed in your name, and why. Kavya Rao joined as a partner in 2015 and built the business side — GST, audits and start-ups.
We're a team of eleven. You'll have one person who knows your file, answers on WhatsApp, and tells you about a deadline before it's a problem.

What people say
“Got a scary-looking tax notice in March. Kavya explained it in five minutes on WhatsApp and had it closed in two weeks. The fee was what she said it would be.”
Ramesh V.Client since 2012
“They set up our company, our GST and our payroll in the first month, and remind us of every deadline before we even think of it.”
Divya & Karan, foundersLast year
“Straight answers, no jargon, no upselling. My father used Mr. Mehta; now I do.”
Nothing — thirty minutes to understand what you need. You'll get a fixed fee in writing afterwards.
Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
Yes. Photos are fine; we'll ask for anything we can't read.
Do you work with clients outside Chennai?
Yes — about a third of our clients never visit. Everything can be done on video and online.
When should I file my return?
As early as your documents allow. We'll message you in June with exactly what we need.
Notes
Things worth writing down.
Income taxOld tax regime or new? A two-minute checkThis month+
If your deductions — home loan interest, 80C, HRA — add up to less than about ₹3.75 lakh, the new regime usually wins. Send us last year's return and we'll run both.
GSTThe three GST mistakes we fix most+
Claiming input credit on invoices your supplier never filed, missing the annual return, and mixing personal spends into the business account. All avoidable with a monthly check.
