- Most of our members hadn't. Week one is an assessment and the fundamentals class, with a coach beside you.
- How big are the classes?
- Twelve at most, always with a coach on the floor.
- Can I pause my membership?
- Yes — up to a month a year, free. Just message us before you go.
- Is there a joining fee?
- No joining fee, no contract. The first class is free.
